When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, and the message you write. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address only.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver engagements you have commissioned, and send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Kenyan tax and record-keeping obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.
Third-party processors
We use reputable hosting, database, and email service providers to operate this website. They process data on our instructions only. Communications you send us over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
