AI runs on hardware, and East Africa's hardware market is broken

Ask any IT manager in Nairobi what happens after a strategy is approved. The project stalls waiting on infrastructure.
The real failure mode
A workload gets specified, then procurement discovers the server is a twelve-week import, the warranty is honoured in another country, and the networking gear came from a third vendor who does not answer the phone.
Why we sell hardware
We did not open Kilima AI Stores to diversify revenue. We opened it because every serious AI engagement surfaced the same bottleneck. Being an authorized HTWorld Technology dealer means the compute, networking, and endpoint layer is sourced, warrantied, and serviced locally — by the same team that specified it.
What to demand from a supplier
Authorized dealer status. Local warranty servicing. A named engineer. Lead times in writing. Anything less and you are financing someone else's learning curve.
